State Games, Flat Teams and Musical Rides

The Pony Club State Games were first held in 1973. The Flat teams Events were first held in 1976, and the Musical Ride was first introduced in 1990. These events have continued on an annual basis since their introduction, being conducted on the Queen’s Birthday Weekend in June. Each Zone conducts Qualifying Competitions annually to select teams to compete in these events.

CONDITIONS AT BACCHUS MARSH PONY CLUB INC.,

 

ENTRANCE: BACCHUS MARSH RACECOURSE & RECREATIONAL RESERVE,

Bailiang-Bacchus Marsh Road, Bacchus Marsh.

 

STABLING:    No Stabling available.

 

YARDS:          There will be approximatley100 yards available at the cost of $5.00 per night, or you can bring your own.

 

CAMPING:     There is NO FEE FOR CAMPING IT IS INCLUDED IN THE ENTRY FEE, there are no power sites available.  

 

PARKING:       Everyone entering Bacchus Marsh Racecourse & Recreational Reserve must park in an orderly and safe manner.

 

CATERING:   Bacchus Marsh Pony Club Inc.,

 

SATURDAY NIGHT: Bacchus Marsh Pony Club will be running a BBQ and some music.
