Handbook of By-laws

Updated and effective 1 February 2010

The Handbook of By-laws  serves two main purposes -

1. To provide rules outside of the Rules of Incorporation about the requirements for how pony club is to be organised, membership and competition requirements
2. As an addition to competition rules.

The Handbook of By-laws is the primary source for PCAV rules from which the various competition rule emerge.

Who should read the Handbook of By-laws?

Members, Parents, Club Committees, Zones, Organising Committees - (everyone in the PCAV)
